You can use Fine reader software to convert the image to doc. There are tools like ABBYY fine readers which you can use. This will give around 80% accuracy in conversion. Rest of the work is to be done manually. There are many fine readers available in market. Sample image is also enclosed. Pls note that there will be some images which can have tables, pictures etc…
Per month's billing = USD 385,000
Length of contract = 8 months (renewable for multiple cycles)
No of people required = 220 approx. (you can run this in multiple shifts to reduce operating costs, but from same location)
No of pages to be process per seat per month = 500
Total no of pages to be processed per month = 220*500 = 110000
Average no of characters per page = 2500
Billing per 1000 characters of output = 1.4 USD
Total billing = USD 3,080,000 (3.08 million USD for 8 months)
